The bleak overcast sky has me thinking deeply this morning regarding business, strangely enough.

As I replicate back on my varied careers I discovered a typical thread in all of my ventures.

I prefer to work with smart, fun and motivated people. All of them are not afraid to roll up their sleeves and work very exhausting for a complex goal. When that goal is accomplished, they celebrate with the identical zeal and energy that they place into their work.

Beginning a home business I noticed early on that the folks I used to be attracting were not like my colleagues I had throughout my career. Most of them were from the opposite end of the spectrum and were not that sharp, were as a whole rather unmotivated, and generally did not have a clue regarding what it takes to succeed at any complicated project. And building a successful business either online or offline will indeed be complicated.

That was till I discovered some secrets regarding direct selling and therefore the techniques to draw in the proper reasonably people. I finished trying to market an MLM company, and instead began promoting a high tier direct sales company through a world class organization call CCPro.

Now since the system is set up to only settle for folks who are beginning with a much a lot of realistic idea of the kind of capital needed to build a business, only serious entrepreneurs are entering my world.
