So that you can grow your business successfully, you will need online business tools to implement. The biggest thing if a person says, ok, I would like to develop a system and I want my outsourcers to make it happen, is because they build their own system sometimes after which hire some Indian or Filipino team or whoever it might be, to implement something. Sometimes you can find tools already out there. You are able to just implement that system already. Twenty dollars per month, thirty dollars monthly, here or there is much better than paying someone and developing your own system. It’s exactly about leveraging your team’s time to run your online business today.

The only reason you’re outsourcing is to grow your business, is to get online project management tool more out your business done. Once you have staff, don’t you want to get the most out of their time too? If you can put some tools in place that they can use, to leverage their time, it’s going to be better for the bottom line of your business. I want to go through some of the tools that we have our team using to grow their business. It’s all about leveraging your team’s time and using systems and software that’s already out there to automate the processes.

Article marketing for back linking. Article marketing is a way to get articles out there. Article Marketing Automation, Unique Article Wizard and Linkvana are tools where, if you want to get back links to your website from an SEO services perspective, with these online business tools you can have an article written, upload it to one of these three tools and it will distribute that article around the web, a hundred, two hundred times, so you get two hundred, three hundred unique back links.

Now, if you want to get the urls for anyone, should you navigate the SEO Method then AMA, that will get you to AMA; UAW which get you to definitely Unique Aricle Wizard; and Linkvana will require you to definitely Linkvana’s website as well.

Rather than have someone write articles fifty different ways and submitting it manually fifty different times, here’s a tool to leverage their SEO company time and get more value out of them.

You can also use video in marketing your business, you might be considering doing something such as taking the podcasts from small business or big marketing enterprise and turning them into videos being distributed, instead of having someone outsourced to go to the 5 or six major video platforms out there, YouTube, Viddler all that type of thing. Get them to use Traffic Geyser, TubeMogul or Brightcove to distribute it for you personally. You take your one video, upload it once. These systems automatically distribute it round the place and log it in and send it for you. So it’s fantastic to obtain that type of leverage today.

There are also great things to outsource when it comes to graphics. Using iStockphoto, is a nice obvious one. In the event you don’t possess a photographer, iStockphoto is a superb resource along with other online business tools. 99designs have got a thing called Logo Store. If you’d like some logo work done, visit 99designs and then the top left hand corner, Logo Store. In the event you select Logo Store, they’re templated logos that you can go and buy already.

In order to grow your SEO services business, it is important to understand geo arbitrage, which is hiring people to outsource tasks, arbitraging around the world. It’s not about trying to get everybody at $4 an hour, because it’s not going to happen. A horror story you hear all the time is people trying to get high level copywriters for $4 an hour because they can. You hear you can get staff at $4 an hour, you’re going to hire everyone at $4 an hour. Realistically you’re not going to get the quality. You’ve got to think, I would normally pay, in the western world, $50 an hour for this.

Through geo arbitrage you can get that for $15 an hour or so, maybe $20, so you’re still obtaining a huge discount on which you would normally pay your staff in an office setup. But in order for you to make this work, you need to set that acceptable benchmark first. Get the general working rate for those in Russia, India, the Philippines to have that skill set, while outsourcing consultants at a cheaper rate.

You do not want to gamble the cheaper rate if they produce poor work results because that will not make you any money. Take advantage of the currency fluctuations in this case but do not get cheaper or lesser skilled people in the SEO company to do the work for you. You need to become outcome focused. It is about obtaining the outcome you would like for your business under cheapest possible rate through geo arbitrage.

There are certain types of work you can outsource tasks in your business and for these there are many the geo arbitrage opportunities. Website development, local, here in Australia and the US, a website can be from $3,000 to $10,000. A client of mine I’ve been coaching just got a website about three weeks before I started working with him. He paid $10,000 for a six page static website with no CMS. He got a bad deal. You can get that done for $200 if you know where to look.

As for graphic design and logo work, it’s $500 no less than to get a logo today, approximately $2000. Using geo arbitrage you may get a better deal for $50. As for article writing, you may get five hundred word articles for $5. One time I shared this information to my client who hates writing articles for his website. I explained that he could get quality articles written for his websites for $5 each. That made him realize that he can just outsource that part of his online business.

Obviously, customer care as part of growing your business is a great thing to outsource tasks nowadays. There is no real value in customer service in terms of dollars on your bottom line. You need to look at the value in customer service so that you keep the clients, and it is worth outsourcing that. Some lighter tasks that you can outsource are flowers, vacations, diary management among other stuff. I have a full time marketing assistant in the Philippines who handles all those fun things for me also and I really love it.

When I give a descriptive job spec to someone to work on, I like to use small business marketing tools like the Jing Project. I recently did on in Camtasia. It’s a screen capture so that gives a very visual detailed brief of what I want. I mixed some drawings and some notes with a screen video of some web pages I wanted the site to be modeled off. So there is no confusion there for the developer or the designer what they need to have, it’s very clear.

Audio communication, now this is another way that I communicate with my SEO services team very regularly. To those who email me, I often reply in the audio format. Rather than spending twenty minutes typing out an email, I’ll grab my iPhone out and use the audio recorder, just voice memos which is on the front, I put on the Home page of my iPhone and I’ll just hit record. Hey Sarah, I need you to do a, b. c, d. You’ll find the file in the Dropbox folder, blah, blah this is what I need you to do, audio, audio, talk, talk. Hit stop on the iPhone app and then you can go into it and I can email, hit share on the iPhone app and then email that audio file straight through to a virtual assistant of mine using free business tools.

So I can, on the road, just be thinking of something and email it straight through to them. So I don’t have to worry about, oh, I forgot it later. It’s a quick tool that you can easily get some feedback to people on. I even use that for giving feedback on a particular email or a design feature or whatever it might be and choose that functionality of the iPHone to give some quick feedback.

I take advantage of using something called Posterous as well. If you do not have Posterous yet, it is definitely something worth looking at. I use my Posterous account, and I will record little ideas and things inside my car, then I will email it to my Posterous account and this is not a lot with communicating with SEO company assistants using small business marketing tools nevertheless the speed at which you could start to execute a few of your opinions. Then it are certain to get to my Posterous account then I’ve a process where assistants will likely then take that and make a post from the jawhorse and it gets posted elsewhere which kind of thing too. So with all the audio recording, it is a fantastic tool.

Wireframing is a must in building your business website as well. Specially when it depends on website development or anything graphical in utilizing small business marketing tools, I believe wireframing is a must do. There are numerous of different methods for you to wireframe. Wireframing is sketching out in effect what the site should roughly appear to be. It gives some guidance to those guys or girls who’re available working. It is possible in Word. Open up Word or Pages or whatever equivalent you might have and it can be very basic however, you can grab shape and you may say, this is actually the browser window, consider the color fill off and grab a text box and you may start creating roughly what you would like your website to look like.

There are three types of online business tools which can be used in outsourcing. The tools you use can fall into three different categories: tools to communicate to your team whether they are virtual or local, tools to manage your team and then tools to implement some of the work your team is going to be doing for you. I want to go through those three categories of tools we use and where we use them.

The tools that are used to communicate are likely to assist you to give a better job description. When you are doing out tasking form of scenario and are getting that job up on Elance or oDesk. In addition to that, they permit you to talk with your team using best business tools to give them better feedback. Using these tools addresses concerns like providing some feedback and changes in the tasks in the most reliable and efficient manner, to these outsourced assistants and your dedicated remote team as well.

The harder detail you are able to give your SEO services team, the less it’s going to cost you because it’s gonna be a quicker turnaround time. The greater detail means fewer problems. The very first thing to use in this scenario is screen annotation. You will find three online business tools to consider in this task: Jing Project is a free tool put out by TechSmith, there is also Skitch for the Mac, or ScreenHunter for PC.

If I had a website I was having someone design for me, how would I give feedback on that? If I open up you open up Skitch, snap on the right hand side and you can drag it across over the website of what you want. It brings up the Skitch interface and from here I can annotate all over it. I can draw arrows and say look, I don’t like that, I want to make this full colour. I want the fact that I was Entrepreneur of the Year stand out on this page. I want to make that full colour. Maybe I want to take this navigation up here and do something with it. You can annotate all over it, you can draw on the screen.

We use this constantly in our SEO company when I’m looking at a written report and simply give instant feedback. I will then grab the drag me button and drag that into a contact also it drops in and attaches it right to the email. It’s fantastic.

Jing however can be a tool that sits about the right hand side of your screen, PC and Mac, so it’s cross platform. Again, cross hair arises, similar type of thing. Here there is a capability to choose a graphic or a video. Capture a picture and you will annotate all over it. It is possible to draw squares, that you can do the squares again, you are able to devote text, the identical type of thing. Therefore somebody offers you the graphic design of the website, or perhaps a business card, whatever it may be, it’s an easy, quick, good way to give the suggested changes with your online business tools today.

Do you know what Fiverr can do to your online business? Fiverr can be a fun website where you can get work for your company. Using their services can be really addictive. You may get work done and grow your online business for $5. So there is certainly amazing work that can be done on Fiverr.

David got a whole lot of these done lately. He’s got ones like people writing the text ‘I love the SEO method’ inside the sand, and those that wrote ‘The SEO Method’ on their own forehead. When his relaunch happens, it is all about producing buzz, making it a little bit more fun because he is relaunching The SEO Method 2.0 and he’s planning to use that as part of the build-up. It is just likely to be that little bit of extra fun.

Right on the home page right now there are two people that are prepared to sing your song for $5. You can also get a Facebook sidebar beautifully designed for $5. You could have ‘I’ll shout random things at strangers in downtown Vancouver while wearing something silly on my small head’ for $5. To get some crazy work done, I will write a winning resume for $5, I will wear a shirt in my live streaming show for $5. You can check these out and you can get in touch with some really cool material and small business marketing tips that may go viral or help your particular business to go viral in less time.

I will rap for thirty seconds about a topic of interest. There is some crazy material in here. They will post your ads on craigslist. Some of this material can be serious and help your business. Some of it can be fun things to help your SEO services business and some can just be a good waste of $5 but a good laugh.

To give you another idea of another thing, an instrument that I use quite regularly that can help you to grow your online business, something called send out cards. Try this and you will get a seven day trial with the service. Send out cards is an online service that allows you to send postcards, cards and three fold cards out with the web, having a real-time stamp, with a handwritten font on the front with the envelope as well as your handwriting printed around the cards.

There are a couple of different ways you can do this, sending out birthday cards is awesome, thank you cards. You can also do SEO company autoresponder material as well. So everyone who does autoresponder work in their real world business, you can use this for that. I don’t want to pitch SendOutCards here, what I want to tell you is something I did and how I used outsourcing to make it happen for me.

I ask my virtual assistants to log into my Facebook account recently and send a message on my behalf to all or any my Facebook friends individually, Hey, Em here, I’m among Pete’s virtual assistants. I’m piecing together mothering sunday list for everyone. Can you guys please message me back together with your postal, address, I’ve got your birthday out of your Facebook page, giving me your birthday. She got my friends on Facebook’s birthdays as well as their postal addresses, uploaded that to Send Out Cards system and she or he takes care of my friends’ birthday cards. That is how you can grow your online business starting today using these online services.

I build websites as part of creating business systems in my online business. You too can do this using four components: That is to research, create the web content, website development and attract website traffic. It may be a simple four step model that I use, but you can also modify that into further details if you wish. What is important is that employees will have the full picture as to what is going on. That encourages these employees to communicate, keeps the work in progress as long as your staff is well- informed on what needs to be done.

I look after my associates. I make sure that my system hires A players. This goes the fact that I trust them to exercise integrity at all times. I believe that they are not going to rip me off because they know I cover them with everything including strategic business systems so they can work on my current projects.

Just a piece of advice. You have to make some contingency plans if you wish to take this to another level in offering SEO services. If you have someone that you asked to write and post Ezine articles for your website promotion efforts, then make sure that you have your next in charge or somebody else skilled through to how that system works. It might not attend the same level of that first person but a backup person is a must. If for reasons unknown they fall with the perch, you’ve got someone prepared to plug straight in.

When you’re dealing with clients and you’re promising them that I’m planning to deliver something similar to creating business systems, there’s nothing worse than someone dropping from the perch, you not obtaining the right resource so that you can plug back to it and you get back to your client and say sorry, I wasn’t in a position to deliver. Which means you need to ensure you have those contingencies in place.

You also need to create a system for you to be able to create additional systems. The concept is to try and produce a process for the outsourcers to follow processes and produce results. It is part of the culture which they help you put things underneath them. I understand this when my project manager started. He’s gone through this technique so we all do things for my assistant and we are creating these videos for them to refer to. The project manager first did it himself so he could understand it. He became the system architect in this process.

He then created the process where we take our videos and uploaded these to YouTube. Now we have another assistant refining that system again because now it’s getting to a place where I’m creating these audio interviews. I would like to get yourself a pair of slides constructed for a business presentation. Then I get that break up after which I recieve it uploaded to YouTube. So I’m repurposing content that is included in creating business systems for my SEO company today.
